Cobourg is 100 km east of Toronto, 75 km west of Belleville,  directly along the 401.

From the 401 take exit 474 (Hwy 45) South toward Cobourg for 2.5 km. Hwy 45 is Division. Turn Left at James St.

Couples In Step is located in the rear of the large 2 storey blue gray house on the southeast corner of James Street & Jex’s Lane. Secluded parking in the driveway off Jex’s Lane by the garage. Please do not park directly in front of the garage. You will be using the back door of the house. You may enter via the gate on Jex’s Lane right next to the garage.
